I have never written a review before, but I had to for this piano. Kudos to the lady that left a video in her review. That really sold me! There are other cheaper pianos out there, but they all had at least 2 really bad reviews. Those stopped me in my tracks. This one had none. The video of it in actuality was enlightning. I am just starting back to play the piano so I have some work ahead of me. But the sound and physical appearance are outstanding. It is a beautiful piece of furniture. So many bells and whistles that I may never use, but they are there if and when I need them. You won't be sorry if you get this one. It was easy and simple to put together, needs two people because of the weight. The white is gorgeous!! The sound is great, just like a baby grand. It's worth every penny!!! ... show more

Sounds really authentic. There is a little key thud that's all, but common in electric pianos (less rigid construction to dampen thud). Folks complain some holes are not drilled. That's not the case. Plastic wrapped construction. Just push hole area to break through wrap.

We've had this for a couple of months now and it's been fantastic! It was easy to setup and has been working very well. It's small enough to fit in the space we have and looks good in it.

The holes to attach the piano legs are not drilled through. I was trying to put this together but cant without the legs being able to put in.

The media could not be loaded. I hesitated to buy this piano because there were very few reviews from customers. But it was the only one I could find in exactly the color I wanted, and I really liked the write-up in the description. When I was still on the fence, I posted a question about the piano, and the company responded within hours. So, I took a chance amd bought it. I am so glad I did! It arrived quickly, it was very well packed, it was easy to assemble, and it works beautifully. I included more details in my video. Now I'm looking forward to starting my journey to learn basic piano. As a side note, I do not write Amazon reviews. In fact, this is my first. But since this product had very few reviews, and since I am so impressed with the end result, I decided to go ahead and post this.
