  • Overall a decent enough product, but there is one very annoying design flaw
Overall this is a great product for the value. I have been using it for 2 months now and only have 2 issues with it - The first being the music stand. You cannot use old fashioned piano music on the stand. It is designed for tablet use. I had to take the metal casing off of the piano key cover in order to sit a piano book on the stand. However, I have since put it back on as the wood is too weak and caves in a bit when you close the lid without the metal frame on the end. It also leaves the piano keys exposed. I am going to have to make a new piano ledge that juts out further. The second issue is some keys stick. Some of the keys stick the first time I play them each use. They become unstuck quickly for the remainder of the play session. I am hoping that maybe this will correct itself in time, but so far after 2 months, it remains the same issue. I was a little disappointed with the wood quality for the price of the product. I think it could be upgraded a bit for the price. All of the sound features work great, and hooking up a pc/tablet for the online lesson subscriptions (skoove) works great. ... show more

  • It’s so good!
I’ve never had a piano or a keyboard, and I’m a total noob (newbie) but I love this thing! It looks so nice, it sounds good, and it has the best of both worlds of a piano and a keyboard. I didn’t intend to spend this much on whim but look at it! It’s so much cheaper than every other digital piano with reviews this good, I just couldn’t pass it up! It also comes with online piano lessons, the stand, and a seat. It was super easy to put together, too, it’s just heavy. Get it! My best friend asked me what I was doing when I was online buying it so I sent him a link and he bought one, too! THIS one! The same day! ... show more

  • Excellent Instrument!
While I am not an experienced keyboard player, I think this keyboard was amazing for the money. Excellent quality, great sound, and tons of features. I am learning on this keyboard and doing fine. It's actually a nice looking piece of furniture as well and includes an adjustable seat. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a decent keyboard. ... show more

  • I am so glad I got this one !!
I bought a great Kimball upright 30 years ago and enjoyed it, but it did not enjoy the move from MD to PA when retired and built our retirement home in Cumberland Country. I did not want to spend $1500 to have it refurbished and tuned and gave it to a budding piano student. I studied the Amazon ratings and models for weeks before I settled on this one. The other brand I was considering was $600 more, and I decided to try this and see how it performed. The note weight is very close to my Kimball from 1980. The sounds and variations are amazing, they blow me away. You get free instruction online, its a Win, Win, WIN!!! I doubt I will have to move up to a $1000 dollar piano, this is great for anyone up to a pro who takes it on the road to play 'gigs'. I love it and give it 5 stars squared. ... show more

  • Nice "permanent" keyboard
Bought for wife who wants to begin piano/keyboard again. Didn't want something she would have to put away and take out again every time she wanted to play, but didn't want to spend the money (yet) on a full piano. It's a great price for a nice little set that looks pretty good as a permanent piece in the living room, and takes up less space than an upright piano. I don't play, but I'm assured that the features and full keyboard are very useful, especially for beginner/intermediate players. Fairly solid; had no issue putting it together or getting the features to work. (You'll want to add the 1/4" headphone adapter if you don't have one – doesn't fit standard headphones without it, but they are fairly cheap.) ... show more

  • Great Digital Piano
My son has been playing on his Casio keyboard for almost 3 years now and was ready to transition to more weighted keys so we were recommended this digital piano and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was very easy to set up took about 30-40 minutes. The parts were well labeled. Once installed it played like a dream and my son loves the built in metronome so he can practice using it. I love the sound and quality of this digital piano and is a great intermediate setup for not a very high cost. Totally recommend this. ... show more

  • Great buy!
For someone who has never built anything on their own in their entire life, this was super easy to assemble. It’s very sturdy! Surprised my boyfriend with it for his birthday. The sound is great. He did say that the keys are a little stiff and it’ll take a few uses for the keys to loosen up.

  • Customer service and warranty is a joke!
We bought this 2 years ago for my daughter for Christmas. My son had a different model but same brand that was bought about 10 years ago that still going strong( he uses a lot less than everyday for hours like my daughter does). So I trusted the brand. About 6 months after a key starting playing double notes sometimes or wouldn't play at all. I submitted a few ticket on their website since it was still under warranty and never heard anything back from them. A few months later another key was doing the same thing and the first one quit working completely. Submitted a few more tickets and tried calling and never heard a thing back from them. I have been submitting tickets to their stupid customer service once a week since then and still nothing and when I go to check them online I only see 1 ticket was submitted. Now 3 keys aren't working. Which is bad for what we paid for it and the warranty is a joke since you never can get in touch with anyone for help. What's really bad is the keys that are broken are some of the most used notes so her music never sounds right. I would not recommend especially if you are going to use it everyday. ... show more
