    • No corded base charger stops this from being better than good.
This unit works well. Sucks up the dirt and pet hairs, at least for now since it's brand new and most hand vacs work well enough in the beginning. Let's see how it performs after a few months of work in a busy household with multiple pets. Don't understand why the charging cord plugs into the vac itself and not the base. Guess now I know why this particular feature isn't in any of the product photos. I would probably have passed on this if that was the case, but as it is, I bought this, my wife threw out the box, so I'm stuck with it. I will update in a few months and may give back one star if this unit continues to perform. I do have reservations though, given its size. Time will tell. ... show more

This little vacuum is just mediocre. It will pick up dust particles decently with an attachment, but without the attachment it is useless. It cannot sit on the stand with the attachment hooked on to it, so you have to take it off and on every time you need to charge it. I don’t feel comfortable returning something that I’ve used to clean with so I won’t return it, but I would choose another option if I were purchasing again. ... show more

I bought this because it said originally $250 and was 75% off and now it’s just $75 so I’m not sure if was duped with marketing but they got me. I’m excited to use this for cleaning my tiny camper since it’s cordless. It’s compact and a strong enough vacuum!

    • Needs redesign, don't buy
I was replacing a foldable black and decker that has been discontinued. This product is not your grabngo hand vac. It doesn't charge by sitting in the holder - you have to plug in a separate cord to the vac. It has two suction levels, but neither work great without adding the attachment. So basically, before you can grab and use it, you have to unplug and insert attachment. Then reverse afterwards. Total pain. I would not buy again. ... show more

Unit is very small, not enough power/suction for price. Returned and bought the shark hand held, it’s much better than this.
