Very stretchy and breathable. Very secure fastener. I especially love the stabilizers. I’m a 5’ tall woman with an incisional hernia above my waist. The other hernia support belts that I tried would crunch down at the waist making them very uncomfortable.

I have 3 hernias and the bigger pad gives great support to all 3. It is very comfortable and made of high quality material. I definitely recommend it. My only issue is with the sizing. I would go a size smaller than you think.

Provides sufficient compression, but seems to be losing elasticity. This belt seems to have only two ribs in it to keep it from puckering. Stays flat on the sides of the body but began to pucker in the back in a weeks time. This shows with thinner clothing :-/

I have an umbilical hernia. My surgery isn’t for another couple of weeks so I have been wearing this for the past few weeks in the evenings after I get home from work u til my surgery. It feels really good when you put it on and sinch it tight. It’s like it’s holding everything together. It’s summer so it’s been really hot. I feel like this breathes really well.
