Chair is OK, not really comfortable but I like that it can also be used as a walker, very sturdy. The main problem is the.rear wheels are only 10". Description clearly states the wheels should be 11". The owners manual indicates they are 12"!!! Tried contacting seller but they didn't answer which size was correct. Currently trying to contact seller again. So I sent a picture of the wheel to the seller showing it was only 10". They basically said mistakes can happen!! No resolution. All parts that can be tighten, should be checked and maintained often. I was unaware A bolt loosen and was lost. The chair folded up and colapsed to the side. Although she was buckled she fell with the chair. Ended up with a broken knee, wrist injury and head injury. Stop at hardware and replace with temporary screw. This chair should have come with the warning this could happen. Good for pushing on flat surface, don't use on Handicap ramps it's also not safe. ... show more
