    • Excellent cleaning of hardwood floors and tile, saves time and energy by more than 75% reduction!
The media could not be loaded. We ordered the Ultenic Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner to clean the floors in our house and hopefully reduce our present workload. We have approximately 1,400 square feet of non-carpeted space, with tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room and hardwood floors in the foyer, dining room, great room, and hall. Our “old” way of cleaning these surfaces consists of three steps: 1) brooming, 2) wet mopping with a cleaner, and 3) polishing and finishing. The 3 steps were very time consuming and hard work (often on hands and knees scrubbing). We purchased the Ultenic Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner with the hope it would reduce the time and energy of our cleaning effort. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box by the careful packing of the item, with molded cardboard and spacer boxes carefully protected the components in their protective plastic bags. I set out the pieces on the kitchen table, then started to read the user manual, which is very well written with easy to follow directions and precise diagrams, and it is written in several languages which is a plus. My wife was eager to test it so she read the book too, then she filled the water tank and added the cleaning agent that came with the vacuum, and was immediately up and running. The wet dry vacuum cleaner actually does all three cleaning steps simultaneously, as it 1) vacuums small particulates and even sorts them from the dirty water tank; scrubs the floor with a roller while applying a solution of water and cleaner, and then 3) vacuums it all up, leaving a beautiful finish to the wood floors and tile. Another pleasant surprise is that it is self-propelled, so you just guide it where you want to go and it automatically does the cleaning, and the battery was only down 50% after cleaning the entire house! The time savings in cleaning our floors makes it worth every penny, cutting our time down from over an hour the old way to 15 minutes with the new wet dry vacuum, not to mention the fact that all you do is walk behind it and no more squatting and scrubbing on hands and knees, and the resulting finished look is beautiful. Cleaning the vacuum is pretty easy too. Pour out the dirty water from the tank and rinse it with clean water; remove the scrubbing roller and wash it in the sink, then let it dry before reusing; and empty the solid liquid separator of particulates that were collected (what we previously collected with a broom and dustpan using the old method). It has many other features that we are just learning how to use, but I wanted to show a small video of how effective this wet dry vacuum cleaner really is, so I poured a red energy drink on the kitchen tile floor to show how it cleans up the mess without any stains left behind on the floor! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a much better way to clean your floors over traditional mopping! It is very easy to put together, very simple to learn, and a breeze to use! I mean, I had swept the floor clean prior to using it, but it still managed to get up more dirt and grime that I couldn't see! It is very manueveable. Because it uses suction for the water and particles, and the cleaning pad rotates, it glides across the floor, makes easy turns, and still picks up everything! Battery life is better than you think. I have a stick vacuum that barely makes the house. This lasts several cleanings with no problems! And the performance is excellent! Both with longevity and power. It is quiet as well! I was afraid is was going to be loud and scare my child, but it is quieter than a traditional vacuum, and cleans the non-carpeted floors way better! One of my favorite things is the liquid vaccuum part. Traditional mopping leaves my floors too wet and takes a while to dry. This makes it dry much quicker! This wet/dry vacuum is a must if you have littles or fur pets. Any fur pet owner knows that when it rains and it's muddy out, we are not ok..please check on us. We had rain this last week and every time the fur kids (two goldendoodles) came barreling back in the house, I just whipped out my new vacuum and cleaned the muddy paw prints right up. It beat getting the mop & bucket out every time. It was a breeze putting it together and I like how compact it was. It's small enough I could fit in my linen closet with room to spare for brooms, mop, etc. The clean & dirty water tanks were both easy to remove, fill, empty and attach. It came with a bottle of cleaner as well, only a cap full is needed per tank, so it should last a good long while. Overall, I am very pleased with my new wet/dry vacuum and happy to know I can now survive muddy pawprints. ... show more
