Just received yesterday. Assembly was easy. Currently charging battery so it has not been used yet. Good instruction manual except a little hard understanding due to English translation.

Update on my review: After reaching out to the seller page directly I was able to chat with the customer service agency and come to a prompt resolution for the battery. They did everything they could to help me and I appreciate their time and efforts. I purchased the chair in October 23 and unfortunately it broke in December 23. It was probably a dud and customer service was great in helping me. The battery eventually stopped holding a charge and I unfortunately cannot figure out how to fix it myself. Had to return it. Ordered unbeknownst to me, through 3rd party.... " ZHAOLE US" ....customer service was almost non-existent. First, I ordered monthly payments (24) but they charged me for the full amount that I couldn't afford, and they wouldn't correct their mistake. Next, the joy stick starts suddenly and jumpy. Next, the top speed is slow ( a slow walking speed- 2>2 1/2 MPH....too slow Next, they falsely claim that it is an " All Terrain wheelchair"....WRONG ! Worst terrain it can take is a level highly compacted gravel/dirt walking path. No grass, no hills, no twists--- one of the power wheels won't touch ground---gets stuck ! Next, when needing to stop or turn immediately, releasing the joy stick, it keeps on going, taking 3-4 seconds to come to a complete stop or turn. ... show more

Arrived on time, put together was a little tricky because of the directions (small writing and a bad copy) but we still got it done. I love it so far the only thing I would change is the lowest speeds too fast, in the house I need it slower. I also purchased the organizer bag that Amazon suggests and it's great. ... show more

This wheelchair has totally surprised me. It’s compact enough to fit in the back of my vehicle (though it is a little bit unwieldy weight wise). I haven’t done any stress tests or distance tests but for day to day life this chair has been more than enough.

The customer support team has been outstanding 👏 After I reached out with my concerns regarding the refund experience, they went above and beyond to make the whole transaction better. I am appreciative they listened to this customer and lessened the burden. Dealing with this vendor was difficult. The wheelchair itself was ok, not too easy to maneuver in tighter spaces and it didn't work for my dad so i had to return it. They wouldn't refund it until I reached out to complain, and i didn't get the full amount that I paid refunded. Shipping was extremely expensive! ... show more
