We are very pleased with the coop we ordered, my chickens are very happy with it also. I was a little afraid when box came I wasn't sure what to think it was small but it did have my 20ft by 10ft pen inside, it was very simple to put together, no missing parts, for the money it's great

It took me a while to select the most suitable cage, eventually I decided to take this one. Product was easy to setup but I encountered a defect when assembling doors. I reached out to Customer Service and they helped to resolve the issue. CS was very kind and responsive.

    • Terrible directions, good product
I would give this five stars if the directions had been better. There is a section where you actually need a drill to use the provided screws, and this is mentioned nowhere in the directions. It was packaged beautifully and went together easily besides that issue.

    • Directions incomplete
At first I was amazed at how simple to put together. Then M2- and E. There was no hole to insert screw. Booklet says there is a video available. I contacted the co. Basically got a week and half of you can do this trust yourself. You don’t need a hole it is a tap screw. It does not tap through the bar. I sent pic from booklet showing it appears that holes were in pole. They said no. I just put together without these screws. They asked if I figured it out. I said no. Hopefully doors will be stable enough without. A day later they sent a video of how you use a drill to insert screws. It was all I had asked for from day one. Past this. Easy to assemble I loved that the wire had seams on sides. Less scratches. You have to buy ties despite the M2- E. Issue I would buy again ... show more

    • Good frame to modify
Used this as a baseline to build a quail and rabbit coop (a dozen quail, two rabbits). We used hardware cloth instead of the chicken wire, and did a solid skirt of the hardware cloth inside and out to cover about 3 feet of ground and make it fully predator proof. We also added an overhang for the door by about a foot so that, while closing it is difficult, it avoids predators like rats slipping in. For the roof, we also used hardware cloth layers with half of the included cover and another half of clear plastic to allow a bit of sunlight in. In the winter, we wrap the sides in plastic to prevent drafts. So far, we've had no issues with the raccoons and possums we know are out there. To protect from dogs after an incident in our other coop, we additionally got some cattle panels to place across each side (about 4' tall). They have prevented a dog from tearing into the thing. All that added about..... $200. If you're really handy, you could definitely build better on your own. If you're like me and cannot build anything to save your life (but can use metal zip ties and wrangle hardware cloth), this works. I recommend this as such, but only if you are taking extra steps for predator-proofing or if you don't need it to be predator-proof. ... show more

The base holes need to be directly above the arm or you can’t click it together. I repeatedly requested replacement parts 2 months ago and now It’s not eligible for return. The company told me they were sending the parts but they never arrived and now I have a big heavy box of junk.

For chickens this is great,you can not buy everything you get in this kit for the price. Easy to put together. Buy your own zip ties,if you put them every 3 inch apart like I did you will need more. We'll worth the money 💰 🤑 💸
