I ordered this with very limited reviews based on the images that showed it was plush and was the right dimensions. I am happy to report that is as comfortable as it appears, fits the family of 4 perfectly and is built very well. The only two negatives I have are the short feet, and short back. The short feet are solvable with new feet and the short back isnt an issue for us since the couch sits up against a wall but if it was in the middle of a room you might miss the neck support. Other than that, very soft and great for movie night Overall, I am very happy I bought this, I have no doubt it will hold up for years and the price was what we were looking for. ... show more

The couch was fairly easy to put together. But the pillows in the couch are very small and it’s not very comfortable to to lean back on. I went and got other cushions to supplement them.

The media could not be loaded. If the low amount of ratings is skeptical to you then I understand but don’t let it discourage you. Shipping didn’t take too long at all and the assembly process is very manageable. Nothing crazy like ikea or whatever. I got the burnt orange couch. It is so soft and so beautiful and it compliments the navy blue I have in my home. When it comes to how it feels, it is for sure soft and very cushioned. Great couch. Just note that it is not a tall couch so your head will not have a the best support but personally that doesn’t bother me at all. Since you can still use the L side or the ottoman and slouch/lounge about to give you that. Just thought to mention that but do buy this couch. ... show more
