The finished product is all that mattered but the assembly could have been handled better. I received three boxes and everything was wrapped neatly and tightly. The accessories and instructions were all inside all three boxes. It would have helped if the company could have placed a sticker on each item. This would shave at least 30 - 45 minutes altogether which turned into trial and error parts of the assembly process. Once figured out its a snap to assemble, it took me a total of 3 - 4 hours spaced out between two days on a weekend. The end result is very nice, Plusses - Great looking product, not hard to assemble, once you assemble one chair everything else is easy. Minuses - Stickers on the product would have been better it would have shaved time down. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was an AWESOME buy. Took forever to put together as you have to use an Allen wrench and a mini wrench, which comes with the product, in some rather tight places so be prepared for raw fingers and some of the holes didn’t align correctly but we were able to get it together fairly easily and it looks great! I did have one zipper come off after I got the cushion zipped thankfully so might be an issue later if I need to wash it but easy fix. The material does appear to be water proof and is very sturdy. Over all great price for what you get. Order came in 4 boxes split between two different days back to back. Wait for the entire order before assembling. Reached out to the seller when the last two didn’t arrive the same day and they responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. Tracking numbers, number of boxes, and when the rest would be delivered and everything was accurate. I’m so happy I now have somewhere to sit and enjoy time with my friends and family and it looks elegant and super classy. Thank you for delivering a great and honest product! ... show more

By myself, it took me about an hour and 40 minutes to put them together. Got it assembled set up and looks really nice. It’s been about two months and they’re still holding good a little worn down on the cushions but we are buying upgrades other than that, it’s worth the money.

I would give this 5 stars but it’s missing a cover, as seen in the image. It’s taken me a while to get around to this. Hoping customer service will help with this issue. I don’t want to send the whole thing back cause we already put it all together. We just need a cover for one seat cushion Will give 5 stars if this can be resolved. Putting together was fairly easy, just took some time with just me. My son brought out power tools and that sped things up a lot but it still took a while to assemble. ... show more

Update: A year later and the cushions have faded from the sun. I have tried looking for replacement covers but have had no luck. Reaching the seller is impossible. They are also not waterproof. Very disappointed in the product. Not worth it. This patio furniture set has its pros and cons. Pros - You can't beat the price. This is cheaper than other comparable patio sets. All four boxes arrived at the same time (if you read the reviews of the other sets, this was an issue). Arrived quicker than expected. Cons - The color depicted isn't what was received (we wanted more of a deep, wine red as the one pictured and we received red); the color isn't ugly but not what we wanted. Put together incorrectly - The furniture's pre-drilled holes used for assembly were wrongly drilled. Not only did this slow the building process, but the pieces wouldn't fit together. We were able to drill the holes we needed, but if you don't have the appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish this, you won't be able to put it together and will end up having to return it. Some of the pieces weren't labeled correctly. This too slows the process down as you're trying to figure it out. Incorrect furniture pieces were sent. For instance two left corner units instead of one right and one left. We were able to correct it by drilling our own holes but we shouldn't have had to do that. In terms of comfortability - neutral rating. The furniture isn't uncomfortable, but it isn't comfortable either. All in all, the set was economical and looks nice. Good quality for the price. Make sure to read reviews for tips on building. Make sure they are right way around. Easy to screw backwards. Took about 6 hours by myself so not bad at all!! Great quality fabric, per approved. Hair and dirt wipe right off. Make sure to match up cushions before trying to fit in cases. Had my kids try to help with that one and he got confused quick lol. I personally said everything up and arranged it so I could see each of my pieces and items and where they needed to be before putting it together. Even after doing so had to take one of the upper railings unscrew it and turn it around because it was backward. If you live in high wind area I do recommend stitching the ties a few times to reinforce them. I few snapped after 60 mile hour winds but easily fixed. We spray the netting with bug spray before dusk works wonders!! If you can't stake the rails I recommend purchasing sand bags to place around the poles. Cheap 25 dollars to keep it grounded.
