It arrived on time and was well packaged. It had one small edge of damage that cut 2 of the weaves, but the quality is so good that it’s not moving and I’m not worried in the slightest. The nuts, bolts, washers, and tools were well packaged and everything was there. The instructions are like IKEA instructions, so there is a learning curve, but I did it with my 12 year old and we were just fine. I recommend having a long magnet on hand to retrieve anything that falls in while building. The fabric is what you would want for outdoor furniture and based on another review that said the cushions soaked up water and grew mold, I left all the cushions in the plastic they came in. I did slit the bottom side of the plastic to allow the cushions to inflate after being vacuumed sealed. Thankfully, it’s not crunchy sounding! We bought the blue and it’s pretty true to color. Only downside is that it’s short and it did take 3 hours to fully assemble (cushions and all). Overall, great buy! ... show more

I am pleasantly surprised with the build quality and look of it. There is a place or two where the plastic is broken in the corners but that’s to be expected. They’re comfortable and assembly was straight-forward. I would buy it again. Very interested to see how it holds up.

The patio set itself is GREAT for the price! Assembly...not so much. This thing was EXTREMELY difficult to put together, and I am seasoned at putting furniture together over the past 25 years. It came with directions but NONE of the parts were labeled. Do you know how impossible it is to put something together without labeled pieces?! It was a guessing game, at best. I put some pieces together, took them apart, tried them with other pieces... it sucked and I was extremely frustrated. From the looks of it, it looks like assembly would be easy. NOPE! I worked on it a few hours a day for about 3 days. Then, there are the cushions. They are vacuum sealed. The second you open the package, they start to inflate. It's a race against time trying to stuff them into the covers before they're fully inflated. In short, you get what you pay for. With this set - you get to WORK. Not fun! I love how it turned out though and it looks fantastic outside. Would I do it again? Probably not. I think I'd opt to pay more for easier assembly. My time is valuable. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was an AWESOME buy. Took forever to put together as you have to use an Allen wrench and a mini wrench, which comes with the product, in some rather tight places so be prepared for raw fingers and some of the holes didn’t align correctly but we were able to get it together fairly easily and it looks great! I did have one zipper come off after I got the cushion zipped thankfully so might be an issue later if I need to wash it but easy fix. The material does appear to be water proof and is very sturdy. Over all great price for what you get. Order came in 4 boxes split between two different days back to back. Wait for the entire order before assembling. Reached out to the seller when the last two didn’t arrive the same day and they responded quickly with exactly the information I needed. Tracking numbers, number of boxes, and when the rest would be delivered and everything was accurate. I’m so happy I now have somewhere to sit and enjoy time with my friends and family and it looks elegant and super classy. Thank you for delivering a great and honest product! ... show more

Update: A year later and the cushions have faded from the sun. I have tried looking for replacement covers but have had no luck. Reaching the seller is impossible. They are also not waterproof. Very disappointed in the product. Not worth it. This patio furniture set has its pros and cons. Pros - You can't beat the price. This is cheaper than other comparable patio sets. All four boxes arrived at the same time (if you read the reviews of the other sets, this was an issue). Arrived quicker than expected. Cons - The color depicted isn't what was received (we wanted more of a deep, wine red as the one pictured and we received red); the color isn't ugly but not what we wanted. Put together incorrectly - The furniture's pre-drilled holes used for assembly were wrongly drilled. Not only did this slow the building process, but the pieces wouldn't fit together. We were able to drill the holes we needed, but if you don't have the appropriate tools and equipment to accomplish this, you won't be able to put it together and will end up having to return it. Some of the pieces weren't labeled correctly. This too slows the process down as you're trying to figure it out. Incorrect furniture pieces were sent. For instance two left corner units instead of one right and one left. We were able to correct it by drilling our own holes but we shouldn't have had to do that. In terms of comfortability - neutral rating. The furniture isn't uncomfortable, but it isn't comfortable either. All in all, the set was economical and looks nice.
