Warranty Description: SureGuard warrants to the owner of each its products that if the laminate, fabric or zipper becomes damaged within a period of 10 years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, SureGuard will replace the protector provided the care instructions have been followed. The warranty covers the protector product only. Purchase receipt must be retained and presented to validate the warranty. For commercial purchases (non-household purchases) the warranty is reduced from 10 years to 2 years. All conditions and exclusions still apply. Exclusions - the warranty does not cover (i) Protectors that have been neglected, mishandled or abused; (ii) stains or other damage caused by nail polish, inks cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, chemicals, alcohol or dyes; (iii) stains or other damage occurring prior to or during delivery or while the mattress is in or being moved into or out of storage or being moved between residences; (iv) stains or damage caused by, or the result of mold or mildew; (v) damage caused by animal beaks, teeth or claws; (vi) stains or other damage caused by or related to fire (including water damage), smoke, flood or other natural disaster, theft or vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy; or (vii) stains or other damage caused by structural problems or appliance malfunctions such as, but not limited to, leaks from the air conditioners, skylights, roofs water heaters or water pipes.

We bought this style because I hate when the mattress protector rides up, Ialso hate using bed sheet clips. We bought a new mattress and the materials are very slippery, the other protector we had would ride up making it very difficult to keep the sheet on the bed. Halfway through the night he was sleeping on a bare mattress. My side didn't ride up but he would wake me up at night pulling the sheet and protector over the mattress. Yes he tosses around a lot. I like the fact this protector goes all around the bed and has the terry cloth surface. I have an adjustable bed frame which makes it very easy to put this pad on the bed. I lift the head of the bed up, slide the protector over the end pull it down to the middle, lower the head and raise the foot, it slides right up making for an easy fit. The terry cloth helps the sheet stay in place. I'm not sure about waterproof but our 22 year old cat coughs up fur balls a lot with a little vomit. When this happens the protector works like a charm the bed doesn't get wet at all. I just throw it in the washing machine and dryer without any issues. I will purchase again if needed. ... show more

I like these bedbug-proof bags for their effectiveness in resolving a bedbug infestation. It was a challenging and exhausting experience, leading us to dispose of our recliner and postpone getting a new bed. We slept in the guest room and sought help from an exterminator. These bags provided a good fit for our new mattress and the slats of the platform. With everything encased, our routine is back to normal, and daily vacuuming has become less frequent. Ordered one for a king mattress, 13โ€. It was a bit difficult to put on alone, but with a couple extra hands and the mattress standing on itโ€™s edge, we were able to get it on pretty easy. Plenty of room. Was even a bit baggy after we put it on, but we just tucked any excess under the mattress.
