I've never wall mounted anything I own. Not because I don't trust my handy work (I'm a phenomenal contractor) but because I don't trust things to hold up my expensive TV and monitors. So I figured I'd try the test out on an old Dell monitor that acts as my second screen for my computer setup. I must say, after the easy install (YOU MUST FIND A STUD!) I now have faith these products will work. More importantly this product I'm using. I just ordered another one for my curved 32" monitor. As well as ordered another 2 more for my ladies setup right behind me in the office. She works from home sometimes so i want her to have the best setup. I was impressed how sturdy it was and the easy installation. But I have a chest code because I already work with tools. It may be harder for a rookie without a stud finder. I would not trust anchors in drywall and I'm fairly positive they don't give you instructions for that. The product looks great, provides the needed hardware, and performance is impeccable. I can't foresee a reason to spend money on a more expensive one when dealing with anything 32" and under. Now our 75" TV that's another story, I will never mount that beast. But I highly recommend you mount your monitors with this product in particular! ... show more

This thing is solid! I was nervous, despite the good reviews, but I can assure you that it's everything it says it is. I used it to mount a large, curved computer monitor to the side of my computer desk to use as a secondary screen. When not needed, I swing it back out of the way, so it gets a lot of use, but it moves smoothly and holds the monitor without a single wiggle. It was easy to install, though you of course need to plan the position carefully if you intend to swing the monitor/tv like I do. It comes with several types of mounting screws, so you have the right implements to mount it to wood, masonry, etc. ... show more

Wonderful small mount. I’m using it for a 27” monitor at my work station and it’s a great form factor. It swivels left and right a good amount, and comes will the VESA mount and all required mounting hardware. It does have a rotation feature, but doesn’t appear to swivel up and down, which is fine for the price. Just make sure you have the height set where you want it when mounting. What is interesting, is the absolutely MEATY lag bolts this thing comes with. These bolts would hold up a car. I didn’t really want to use them, but the thru holes on the bracket are sized for them, so I went ahead with it. In any case, I drilled pilot holes into my stud, and slammed the bolts in with my XL dewalt impact torque wrench, shaking the entire house in the process. I stopped before I crushed the drywall, and I can freely adjust the monitor with the force of me entire weight if I wanted to. Seriously. This thing is stout. Usually, I have the opposite sentiment, but I had to write a review for just how surprised I am at the sturdiness, quality of hardware, and value for the price. They could polish up the movement for smoother swaying, and add tilt adjustments and sell this as a $50 product. ... show more

This is a compact way to mount a small tv in kitchen to conserve counter space. Also, given the TV being installed only weighed a few pounds, did not need to use the large screws provided to support a much heavier load. 2 1/2" screws with countersinks worked fine -- and much small holes in the wall. If you use smaller screws, you may need washers between screw and bracket. ... show more
