The media could not be loaded. This product did not heat my pool nor get hot at all. In fact it made my pool two degrees colder and ran up my electric bill. I had this device on for 3 days and on the forth day it stated shutting itself off every two and a half hours but still no heat. I read the only three reviews and chose to give it a try and now I’m disappointed. I even tried researching information and found nothing and contacted the Turbro company. Unless they send me another to test and it works I would not recommend or buy this again. Oh and not easy to install, you have to buy fittings to use this “heater” with your filter because the adapters it’s comes with does not fit the pool filter hoses. Not even Leslie’s pool service had the fittings. ... show more

Purchased a Turbro heat pump for my pool from HVAC & Auto parts, had an issue with the initial unit but they resolved this quickly and provided great service. This pool heater is not great. It's taking me 3 days to get the water to 86 degrees from 65.

    • Don't waste your time or money
Item doesn't work. We emailed back and forth with the manufacturer who was no help. This product is to new and they didnt know what to do to get it to work. We Finally just returned through Amazon.

Have this on 10’ round stock tank pool. Brings 70 degree water to 89 degree in about 2 hrs. Once my outside temp drops in the 50’s going to try to bring to 104. Hot tub temp. I’ll let you know.
