I've had resistance bands for a long time and had difficulty using them because I couldn't get angles right with the door anchor. This bands helps a lot. My one complaint and reason for 4 stars is that they need something slightly thicker to "anchor" it. There is a small piece of yellow strap attached to the top and I believe it's there to prevent the strap from moving then there is tension that would move the strap on the door (like when pulling down on a loop). But it's just one extra layer so if there is a small space ( like there is in my door), the strap still moves. I don't do anything where the safety depends on that strap staying in place but if I did, this is not a strap I could use. But for the price, it looks well made, seems sturdy with that one exception, and helps me a lot so I'm pleased with it. ... show more

The bar is good and so are the attachments. The bungy style bands are not good. They max out in the stretch way to soon before hitting that peak you need with bands. I'll need to buy different bands. Other than that, it's not bad.

Good quality seems like they’ll last, under the door piece is great! Bar is great quality. Strong hooks. Could figure out how to do a deadlift does anyone know ?

Every picture shows this product with accompanying exercise bands - all I received was the door loop strap. Not what I expected to get. Will probably return this item.
