Flying today, so got out my new lock to get it ready. First thing the instructions are soooo small I had to take a photo of it to enlarge it. This did nothing to explain how to get it set up. I went on Amazon to see if it was still returnable and noticed a get help button. It gave me a number to call. It was answered immediately - by a human!!!!!!
