The cover was pretty straightforward to install, the brackets that hold the side rails on are nice to use. the cover comes with the padded foam on it right from the factory. They even give you an extra piece to make up the difference on the head rail in height difference. We needed a tonneau cover for a short-term project for my brother's truck. Overall, this is a good basic tonneau. Obviously, this is not going to stop someone from cutting into the tonneau and stealing what is in your bed, but it does help deter thieves by hiding what you have. It also helped keep a majority of the weather off the items, which was the primary purpose.
