4 stars since the ramps came in beat up boxes and on different days without warning, so at first i thought they only sent one. Ramps came assembled and ready to use, both seem to work properly. Very sturdy and not flimsy at all. Much better quality than i thought.

After lifting the front wheels of my trike. Both ramps jammed in the high lift position. Eventually I struck each of them with a 3 lb sledge hammer repeatedly while the cylinders were in the open position. After minutes of this pounding, they slowly lowered to the bottom. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the shipping and the shape the actual boxes once I received them. Took way too long to get here, and I am surprised all the pieces were in tacked considering the outside shape of the boxes.
