The media could not be loaded. I received the machine yesterday several days before it was expected to arrive. Upon opening it, I was actually surprised at the quality of the packaging and the weight of the machine. For the price I really thought I wasn’t going to get this level of quality. After reading the instructions and watching the very helpful video on YouTube, I washed my face and set up the machine, which took no time at all. Love that it comes with different outlet options and replacement parts. It even has a brush to clean it. The video advises you to use the auto mode until you get used to it, which was great because it walked me through the entire process. Even though I tried to read manuals, I’m not good at retaining the information so this was really helpful for me. If I didn’t feel like I had made enough passes in one section, I could just go back to that section by pushing the button and give myself more time before moving onto the next section of my face. You can also start and stop the machine as needed, which is really great for me as I often get pulled away from things that I’m doing to care for my child, etc. after the auto cycle, I ended up switching over to manual mode to go back over some trouble spots that the aesthetician will usually focus a bit more on when I go to the med spa. In total, it took about five minutes to do my entire face. My skin feels so soft right now and it’s not as red as I thought it would be. In the photo, you can see how much gunk came off of my face in just one use. I’m actually blown away. I’ve had microdermabrasion done at a med spa several times and it’s very pricey. About three times the cost of this machine each time. I’m trying to get my skin in tiptop shape for my wedding and I’m so glad I bought this. This product was the same as the one I owned previously but when received the electrical connection plugs were of European outlets and not of the USA. Good thing my old unit that broke had the USA outlet that worked with this unit.

I love this! I cannot believe the difference in my skin. I have been using this for about two months and I see such a difference in my skin texture. It feels so soft and smooth and my make up wears beautifully. Years ago I used to get professional microdermabrasion done. I was considering starting again but both the time and cost made me hesitant. It’s hard to fit one more thing in the schedule. Well this machine was the perfect solution! It costs just a little more than one visit to a salon or spa and only takes a few minutes. You have to be patient with the process if you are trying to reduce spots but in one or two uses you will definitely see smoother skin. And even the cheapest drug store make up will look better. I bought this with high expectations and hopes. It came very quickly, and was packaged nicely, and fairly easy to follow, although they should show someone using the machine for several reasons instead of just product placement stuff. No help on the website to tell you really what to expect, nor one suggestion as to what to put on your skin after you have derm abrazed it and its burning except cold water. When the product arrived then they mention purchasing their skin product to go with it, which makes no sense, why don't they suggest that when you are dropping the 3-4 hundred bucks for the machine! All the special modes and levels are pointless as the only mode I could use was manual at level 1 and that was tough. They tell you to use Auto to guide you which starts at level 3, but the sucking power is too extreme, and you can only set to level 1 in Manual mode. But even at level 1 in Manual mode, it actually damaged my skin because it doesn't glide over your skin at all, and you have to pull your skin so tightly to get the wand over your skin, or it sucks in pockets and leaves like a hicky - the suction is way too strong! It worked to remove some pore junk which was great, but it removed some skin too and left little almost bloody spots which freaked me out! Also, it has an infuser tip, but there is no reverse mode, just suck, which is hard enough to take varnish off a baseball bat, and an infuser should infuse the product - so that was confusing as to why they have that! Sadly, I will return this item and get my almost $400 I spent. ... show more

After only five uses, my pores are visibly smaller. It's quite easy to use. I like that there are three options to choose from ( sensitive, auto, and manual). I used auto for the first few times before I got a hang of it. Overall, I feel like it's money well spent.
