The media could not be loaded. The lag screws provided are pure trash. Buy your own at the hardware store. I used 5/16 3" & 1 1/4" sheet metal screws which have just a slightly finer thread than lag screws and are much cheaper. I used a douglas fir 2x8x8 and cut it to 10" and just eye balled the holes to drill. I've been using this thing all week and it's been rock solid. It's minimal and it does the trick. The media could not be loaded. I list the good and bad in the video review but to be honest there isn't anything bad about this. Some minor tweaks to make it work for me in my home gym garage. It's easy to setup, about 30 mins with a friends help (but not needed if you can't have anyone come help). For $100 bucks I really cannot find anything not worth the price. Holding up well after a few uses. I used the supplied hardware and everything has remained secure. I'm probably going to get another pulley to mount in between, offset to help clear the path of the weights when using the low pulley. Overall, satisfied considering the price.

The media could not be loaded. Solid quality. I used leg bolt to put it in the wall stud. Installed the bottom pulley along same stud at the bottom. You have to move the ropes from bottom pulley away if you are using the top pulley. Same if you are using bottom pulley. Also control your movement when you use lighter weights. Plates move around alot so control your form with light weights. ... show more
