We had this installed in the same place since we got it in January. Overall a decent product, BUT despite following installation instructions exactly, when I loosened it today to remove it from the wall, a HUGE CHUNK of my wall came out with it. Despite what it claims, it definitely damages the wall. I put a photo of the opposite side as well where there was minimal damage for comparison. ... show more

Pros: My 5 year old (36 lbs) loves it! The ladder has a bit of a learning curve if your kiddo has never been on a rope ladder before . Swing is super smooth and all 3 attachments are very easy to adjust up and down, as well as switch between. Seems sturdy, although I would NOT suggest NOT using the brackets, I feel like that’s just asking for an accident (this bar is really heavy-easily 10 or more lbs and I would not risk it falling on your child’s head). Cons: The instructions SUCK. I had to read, re-read, go online and try to figure it out and it took over 45 mins to finally piece it together due to poorly worded, not detailed enough instructions. I’m a single mom with no “handyman” around, but I consider myself to be pretty handy and had a difficult time figuring it out. It wasn’t HARD to do, just hard to figure out the instructions. You have to put this in a doorway. Like a FRAMED doorway. They show pics in the middle of hallways but unless you’re drilling straight into studs, that will not be safe. My swing BARELY fit into the one door frame available for this type of thing. It was almost too wide width, and the frame where I drilled in brackets was almost too skinny to hold the brackets. Overall it seems sturdy and maybe I’m just paranoid but I still feel like it’s gonna break and come down but I’m sure that’s not the case. But I do have a couple workout mats and a little nap sleeper pad underneath it when she plays. In my opinion, it’s worth the $$ as my kid is almost on summer break, and I’m working from home. It’ll be nice to let her swing or play on her equipment during the busy days when we can’t get outside or to a park. ... show more

My 3 year old loves it! I finally get some down time when this is put up. If you are even considering buying this just do it! It is well worth the money and holds up to my 180 pounds pulling on it.

    • Strap came broken
One of the strap to hang the activity items came broken......it doesn't make sense to change the entire thing of such little thing.... additional strap will be appreciated......
