These tray mat sheets encourage me to use my freeze dryer more because they make cleanup easy. I use them often because I am a tea lover and enjoy having lemons in my tea. Instead of using ice, I use frozen lemon slices. I cut them up, place them on the mat sheets spaced out so they don't stick together, and then, once frozen, I place them in a ziplock bag. I used this to wrap burritos and freeze them. Maybe in the future I'll go for a different size, but the material itself works as it should, and it's truly non-stick (slippery). It feels sturdy to the touch, and is made of good quality material. I like that it can be put in the microwave, so it really is perfect for freezing food that will then be thawed and put in the microwave. I wish the manufacturer would specify if this is PFA-free. These liners are great! They are non-stick and disposable. Just place them on your trays and add your items. If you don't put your food to the edges the liners will curl up. but it doesn't affect the outcome. I also have the silicone tray liners and I like these mats better. The silicone liners can be surprisingly difficult to clean. These are so much easier. I adore easier. I think these will encourage me to use my freeze dryer more since I know cleanup will be a snap. ... show more

My wife and I have had a Harvest Right freeze dryer for a little over a half a year and use it quite a bit. I bought some silicone mats to use with my trays and they work great… but they are a PAIN to wash! These tray liners from LSKHEGWLU work great and they are disposable… making cleanup SO much easier. They fit the trays nicely and keep any food items from sticking to the tray itself. We have dried cheese and candy on these liners and I haven’t been disappointed with them yet! I haven’t used them yet on any food item that is wet… such as eggs… so, I can’t comment on how well they’d do with something like that. But for dryer items… they’ve worked REALLY well. If you’ve got a Harvest Right freeze dryer and are in need of paper liners for your trays… I’d recommend that you give these particular liners a second or third look! ... show more

    • Huge Time Saver!

I absolutely love that these are pre-cut to fit my Harvest Right freeze dryer Medium trays! I recently bought the freeze dryer and am constantly running batches through it. Using these precut parchment sheets allows me to quickly add a layer of food to a tray (granted that it stays within the allowances of height and weight per tray). Before these sheets, I was just cutting sections of parchment as I needed them, which was fine except that I would have to stop what I was doing with processing food, rinse my hands, cut a sheet to fit, and then carry on. These will help me work more quickly and efficiently. For batches that are "wetter" food, I prefer to place the food on silicone mats for easier removal and clean-up. But I will be using the parchment papers for layering on a tray and for processing dryer foods. That's just my preference. I think the paper would be fine for either. While I ordered these with the sole purpose of freeze drying (because of their pre-cut size) they could totally be used for baking in the oven as well. My only suggestion would be to package them in some sort of box for Sturdier/tidier storage, as opposed to just in a plastic sleeve that should be laid flat to keep them smooth. But that's not going to keep me from reordering. :) ... show more

    • Liquids Leak Underneath-One Tijme Use

I like that these parchment papers help with some items in my freeze dryer, however for the most part when working with liquid or runny items such as soups and sauces these leak underneath. If I use parchment from a roll I get from a big box store, it is wide enough to have "sides" that contain liquids and don't allow them to leak under and stick to the tray making for time consuming cleaning. For dryer foods these are a time saver too in that I don't have to cut or spend time measuring as these fit perfectly in the tray. My only other issue is that with other parchment paper I can use it more than once, these are a bit less sturdy and after one use they are done. so they can save time, but I am not sure money since i have to discard them after each use. I like the silicone mats better as they also are able to be used multiple times-saving time and less waste for the environment. ... show more
