I bought this for my business travel. I have had it for a little over a year now, and I travel with it 2-3 times a month. It is easy to pack my suit and go. I do wish it was a little better at preventing wrinkles, but caring a little steamer is easy enough. What I am most impressed with is how well it has held up. I did alot of research on finding the right carry on foldable garment bag that I can carry on a plane and place under my seat or in an overhead bin. With people luggage getting lost or destroyed, I only carry on and this fits the bill. I was able to get 3 suits (blazer, shirt, & pants in this bag with no worries. I didn't try it loaded with other items... but I think my 3 suits and laptop will work just fine. All other items can go in my 20inch roller carry on hard case. Great bag - zipper! Returned the first one because the zipper broke the first time I used it. The zipper on the replacement broke the second time I used it. I have used Travelpro for years and this is not at all what I expected from Travelpro.

Nice design and convenient size. Bag handle ripped on second trip. Travel pro says everything is lifetime guaranteed but they make you take it to some service center, their customer service doesn’t have phones and takes 4 weeks to turn around a request. It wasn’t even worth my time. Higher price I’d get something with better quality Update: bag was replaced with new one without defects.
