I had doubts as reviews were negative about the zipper, smell, & durability. I bought 2 of the 20" suitcase and each was used as a carry-on for 4 different plane rides and I love this luggage! The outer shell is a little flexible so it is more forgiving on packing your clothes. Packed full was still lightweight enough to lift in the overhead compartment on the plane. Zippers inside & out functioned fine. All 4 wheels rolled fine on concrete or asphalt, but on carpet it worked better pulling suitcase on 2 wheels. Giving it 5 stars because it did what I needed it to do for my trip. I bought 2 of these for my trip to NYC. I packed these as full as I could get them. Especially on the way back. I had probably about 15 lbs of winter coats shoes and hair and makeup items in each of them and they made it through about 30 hours (15 each way) of train travel including several train stations and subway changes and about 2 miles in total of NYC sidewalk travel curbs escalators and stairs and held up. However, I was worried that they wouldn't. The extending hendles would get stuck and have to be...reasoned with. And one of the casters by the end had a noticable flat spot that would get stuck and not trun anymore causing me to have to muscle it. For what I paid this is what I expected to get. One heavy use week long trip. If I use these again it will be for a trip that will have a lot less walking and a lot less uneven pavement. ... show more

Ordered this as it counts towards a carry on for my flights. Plenty of interior space. Wheels are multidirectional. Exterior is more sturdy than color and it comes in a variety of colors.

You get what you pay for- a poor quality lightweight suitcase. Pros: love the color, love how lightweight it is Cons: poor quality. Janky zipper, even more janky extendable handle, scratches like crazy I got this carry on for a 10 day trip. By day 1, the suitcase had scratches. By day 3, the extendable handle was already not working. By end of trip, the zipper was already getting stuck while zipping up the corners and already seeing weak points in places. The quality of the hard case in general feels very cheap, but I guess that's what you get for having it lightweight. Recommend for very light trips. Definitely personally handle it, not sure if it would survive getting checked in. ... show more
