  • Its a good light backpack, but thats it.
This backpack is nice for what it is. Its inexpensive, but has all the essentials of a backpack. If your backpack is going to weigh 40LB with tons of textbooks, maybe got with a larger backpack.. This one is more average sized. I have fit quite a bit in it, but for every day use to be filled that much I feel it would wear down faster. Its average comfort, but not padded for outdoor use like hiking. It can however carry a laptop (has laptop padded area), as well as a few books. It has some pockets in the front to add things like pens and pencils. It also has 2 side mesh bottle-holders. Some of the bigger bottles these days might not fit so well, but regular water bottles and slimmer metal ones will fit fine. I will note that the little USB cord thing, I have never used. It has never seemed convenient and Im not sure how I would. But that aside, the backpack functions well enough excluding that feature. This is a good light backpack for like a college kid who has time between classes and doesnt need to cram 7 classes worth of crap at 1 time. ... show more

  • Comfortable AND durable
I go out of town every weekend and this is the bag I take. I’ve taken this bag with me for months and have not had a tear or rip yet! It’s amazing and can hold about three to four outfits plus toiletries and my wallet. So worth the money!

  • MUST BUY!
AMAZING product! I went backpacking through Europe for a week and a half. This backpack was perfect! There’s a ton of storage and although the backpack doesn’t look like it could fit a bunch of stuff, it definitely can. I was able to fit my laptop (in the convenient laptop padded laptop holder!), a binder, laptop charger, phone charger, sunscreen, oversized wallet, headphones, Kleenex, water bottle, umbrella, etc. with room to spare. There are a ton of different storage compartments and the RFID pocket on the back is awesome. This backpack is SO comfortable and lightweight. You won’t even realize you’re wearing it. I highly recommend! ... show more

  • Almost perfect, but....
I bought this backpack in preparation for a trip to Japan and Korea and overall was happy with it after wearing it all day every day for nearly two weeks straight. Usually my wife carries a large bag around with us on vacation but I wanted to be prepared to be out all day in a changing climate so I picked this up for myself. Honestly for the price compared to other travel backpacks I researched this was well worth it. Pros: Storage space - I had more than enough room for everything I needed. This will be my new go to "personal item" for flights where I don't want to pack a suitcase or a carry-on. Pockets - I found the auxiliary pockets to be conveniently placed and provided ample room to conveniently organize my sunglasses container, headphones, and all my other travel essentials. Hidden zippers - I also liked that the two front pockets have zippers that are more hidden. Someone had tried to pick-pocket my wife in Rome a few years ago by going through her backpack on the street so I was happy to see these zippers are out of sight - making you less of a target. RFID pocket - this was a major win for me! Carrying around passports, contactless credit cards and international driving license documents everywhere while traveling is scary. I've always been afraid of losing them or having them stolen. The secret pocket here sits right in the small of your back while wearing the pack and I found it to be accessible without having to take the pack off. Thanks to the location however I would certainly notice if someone was trying to steal them from me. This pocket is also covered in a padded material making the pack even more comfortable to carry! This padding also helps to hide the fact that it's a pocket so when taking off to set down I never worried about someone trying to go through it. Padded laptop and sleeve - I dont travel with a laptop but I did throw my Nintendo Switch console in the laptop sleeve. It was protected during the flight and all over town. I can see how the way the laptop pocket opens would be convenient for traveling with a computer but it is not a feature that I need. Comfort - I FILLED this most days while out and it got pretty heavy, especially during two open to close days at Disney, but I never experienced any back pain from carrying this. The padding over the RFID pocket helped here. Style - I would take functionality over style any day bit this backpack offers the best of both worlds. I love the sleek look ot jas. Cons: My biggest disappointment with this backpack was the shoulder strap USB port. One of my main reasons for buying this was to be able to plug my portable charger into the backpack itself and then have the freedom to plug in my phone cable to the built in charging port on the shoulder strap. Unfortunately for me the USB port on mine is junk. It works, don't get me wrong but the components are such poor quality that my phone was not able to draw a charge from it. It would show that it was charging but if I used it while plugged in the battery would continue to go down. I ended up just running my charging cable through the headphone hole directly to my portable charger and then it would charge just fine. Still, when this was a major deciding factor in my purchase it left me disappointed. Mesh side pockets - Okay, so these fit my 32 oz. Nalgene bottle which is what I was hoping to use them for. The only problem for me was that the pocket was not quite deep enough and the elastic was not quite tight enough to hold it in place. This meant whenever I laid my backpack down (overhead storage on the plain/train) my water bottle slipped out and would roll around. I ended up using a carabiner to attach the bottle to the main zipper on the backpack to keep it in place but with a regular plastic water bottle you wouldn't have that option. Overall this backpack is great. I would recommend it and I would buy it again. I can't speak to strength and durability yet as I only used it for the one vacation so far but it held up just fine for me and I found workarounds for my only two issues. ... show more

  • Comfy and big backpack
Nice for the price, there are a lot of slots inside the backpack. Also, it is gray so it looks super slick. I also like how my phone adapter can go through the hole that the backpack provided. So I don't have to open the backpack and take out my portable charger when charging my phone. I guess now I don't even need to hold my portable charger on my pocket, it will forever be staying in my backpack and always be ready to charge for my phone. 10/10. For the price, it is a super good backpack. ... show more

  • Excellent
I was looking for a backpack to use as a carryon. this is the best I have seen or used. All the compartments make sense. It doesn't start empty too heavy to use. It looks business-like.

  • Great value with all sorts of cool features!
This is a really great backpack! I was looking for a backpack that would have RFID protection and came across this one, however I quickly noticed this backpack had all sorts of other great features, like earphone wire holes so that you can carry your phone in the backpack (or a water bottle for hiking), another feature is how easy it opens up for going thru TSA with your lap top or tablet. I also like that it has a reflective tape on the back for walking at night, and it has a crazy amount of compartments for key chains, sunglasses, ect. I have recommended this backpack to several of my friends that are in school. I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Poor stitching
Ordered the bag and put diapers and small, light baby supplies in it, then went to lift it by the shoulder strap - the FIRST time I was lifting it - and felt/heard stitches rip. Examined bag and saw loose stitches where shoulder strap connects to the back. Thought it might be a one-off, so we ordered a replacement… and the exact same thing happened with the second bag, on the *other* shoulder strap. No way this could reliably hold heavier items (tech, school books, etc). Returned item twice. ... show more
