    • Customer service made the difference
At first, we were disappointed. Assembling the trampoline was difficult, primarily due to incomplete and incorrect instructions. And two of the fiberglass rods broke. But upon contacting customer service, they supplied additional instructions and photos (would have been great to have them to begin with!) and sent replacement rods. Their very fast and helpful response solved the problems and now our kids are enjoying the trampoline to the hilt. The sprinkler system is a game-changer for jumping on hot summer days— totally awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone— but a word of advice: don’t tighten the safety net as you go (that’s how we broke the rods) but wait until it’s loosely threaded all the way around. Wish I’d had that piece of advice (that’s not in the instructions)! ... show more
