Trampoline is awesome. We got the 16ft. It's huuugggeeee. One part bent during set up, reach out to the seller and the replaced the part right away. Luckily the instructions come with pics because the written part is very vague. I always say instructions are for people who can read, just show me pics on how to do it. 10 ft trampoline is exactly the size we needed, the price was spot on and the quality is great but there are just a few things that could have been better... The instructions were awful. Terrible photos and no words. Everything was just thrown in the box for you to figure out what is what but with awful instructions. Luckily my husband is smart and has patience because that is what it took a lot of... If I could give this trampoline 0 stars I would. We have used this for less than a month and the net enclosure and basketball hoop are destroyed. The hoop broke after a single slam-dunk. It cannot take any amount of weight touching it. The enclosure zipper broke on the day we put it up. The caps on the top of the poles are thin plastic and do not secure to the poles in any way; they just sit on top. The straps that wrap around the caps to hold the net up do not secure to them in any way other than wrapping and tightening. We were constantly having to put them back up because they would just slide down the poles when the kids were jumping, no matter how tight we tightened them. And now, after less than a month of use, half of the straps have broken. Do not waste your money on this trampoline! ... show more
