Bought 2 of these for our winter Camping trip. Temps were in the teens and they worked great keeping us warm and knocking down the 60mph winds. I slept in mine and it worked a lot better than sleeping In a beanie. I looked at many of these online. My nephew was 16 years old and he picked of course a very expensive one for $40. I made him choose a different one and he chose this one and it is 100% better than the more expensive one this item is loved by a 16-year-old teenager need I say more.

I’ve been using this balaclava for 3 seasons now and it fantastic. It always keeps me warm, and it’s super soft/comfortable, even after 3 seasons of wear/washing. It covers my head and neck great, and the split function makes it comfortable to either keep my mouth exposed or cover up to my nose. The only downside to this mask is the non-breathability. I find that I’m consistently pulling it down and back up during the day. If I kept it up all day, the condensation from my mouth/nose makes the mask wet, sometimes wet enough to freeze when it’s below freezing. Overall this is a warm, soft, comfortable mask that keeps my warm all day, however it’s not very breathable and can get moist enough to freeze. ... show more
