The description of the hat pretty much describes everything about the hat. I might add that the light oil or wax dressing gives the hat water resistance. Don't worry about the oil leaching into your hair or skin (if you shave your head or you are bald to one degree or another). The hat has a light cloth liner and the front of the ball cap has some sort of cloth reinforcement inside to help keep the front of the ball cap "standing up". The size of the ball cap is adjusted in back by hook and loop (velcro) straps. The hat is very nice and very comfortable. Finally, this is definitely not a "trucker hat". A trucker hat is made with mesh on the rear half of hat. I think the front of the cap is normal - at least not as tall as a MLB ball cap. ... show more
