Bought this for work. It's double lined and keeps my head and ears warm in constant 40 - 50 degree weather. Fits snugly but not too tight. Covers almost all of my ears, well made. Not overly stretchy, it's been thru several washes and daily wear with no stretching, fit is still snug.

Im giving this 5 stars only bc I haven't worn it personally. I bought it for my 17 year old son, and he likes it. I can attest that it's very warm and thick but not "heavy" and he says it doesn't get "hot or itchy". It's fitted but has some stretch. Get the skully!! for the cost, you can't go wrong!

My son is very selective about his headwear. He wants warmth, comfort and fit. The hat really fit him well without a 'peak' at top of his head. He says the soft warm layer at the bottom is perfect over the ears and then the different fabric in the skull of the hat is perfect and not too hot. He wears
a larger hat size and for this to cover his ears and fit well is truly a great find. I purchased another in a different color for him. He can wear these with his business casual jacket as well as outdoor work jacket. Great find for northern MN winters.

As other reviewers have pointed out, finding a beanie cap that actually fits ie isn't too tight on regular men's heads isn't easy. This one actually fits well. I just wish they had more color choices. Right now you're restricted to some combinations of black, dark blue and grey
