Pros: The price point is good for my application. I am using this for three dimensional deer fencing, so I won't need to electrify the deer fence with the exception of the bottom two strands to keep rabbits and groundhogs out of my crops. I also only plan to take the fencing down 2-3 times a year to till, plant and harvest this field, so this level of quality will do ok for me. Cons: If you need to electrify your fence, then I would compare the price for other brands that use a heavier gauge stainless steel strands that carry the current. The stainless steel strands that carry the current on this wire are very thin and I don't expect them to last long, especially if you are putting up and taking down the fence frequently such as in a rotational grazing setup. ... show more

I just broke my collar bone and had to redo a section of my electric fence, I decided to go with polywire because it is light weight and I am about to expand the fence another 2 acres and with this being movable a lot easier than 12.5 or 14 gauge wire it was a great deal.
