I got this tea to start drinking at 34 weeks pregnant, as it had great reviews about possibly helping women have an easier labor. It is not a very strong tea and reminds me of regular unsweetened tea, which is my favorite. I have only drank it cold so far, mixed with honey and some Sprite (fulfilling my pregnancy craving) and its tasted great. There is very little to no raspberry flavor, so if you are looking for the raspberry, you may want to try adding a syrup, which I am going to try. I luv the flavor of this tea. I used to drink it when I was a teenager for flavor and didn't know of the benefits. I later rediscovered this tea as something to help prepare the womb and good for fertility. I'm currently TTC and we have tried 3 times and still not successful so I started to research more natural things to help my journey along. I'm currently on clomid and thought maybe I should start drinking this also. I prolly shouldn't have drank it day of trying as I hear it makes your uterus contract. I’ve come to love tea, and this flavor is refreshing. It’s kinda minty but light. I drink it straight hot or add lemon and honey, and it’s still good. I like that I can add stuff to it and it doesn’t make it taste weird. And I love that it’s organic! If you like to smell your tea, this is one I love the smell of too. It’s a light minty scent, you don’t really smell the raspberry but it’s refreshing. I’ve been drinking it since my second trimester, trying to drink almost everyday for recommended use of strengthening the uterus during pregnancy.
