I could write a book on how bad this product is. Expensive Tiny Requires a subscription or transactions for models Filament (printer food) is overpriced as well The fact that most of the models require coins, which equates to roughly $20 per model is an absolute SCAM. Do yourself a favor and get a bambu lab a1 mini, it's $100 cheaper, faster, larger print size, cheaper filament, better quality overall in every aspect, also has an app which has millions of free models, and the list could go on. ... show more

This printer is awesome!! It was so easy to set up and literally started printing in less than 10 min. It's definitely great for kids my 10 year old learned how to use it very quickly and the app that goes with it has so much on it. Absolutely worth every penny!!

After only using it for 1 day it stopped working. Reached out to the TOYBOX company to troubleshoot. None of the suggestions work. Was told it could be replaced. They made it very easy to return but once it was sent never heard from them again. I was never given info on when to expect the replacement. I have sent 6 email with no response!!!!! Very bad business!!!!!! I guess I just throw away $400!!!!!! ... show more

The 3D printer worked great until the nozzle clogged. Judging by on-line comments clogging happens fairly often. A wire having the diameter of the nozzle interior should be provided with the printer.
