I bought this tube for my 6 year-old daughter, who was scared to go tubing on her stomach last year, thinking, having more secure a spot for her to sit in would do the trick to convince her to go tubing with us this year. Worked like a charm! She felt safe riding on it next to me, we each had her own space, the tube easily handled my 200 pound plus weight and her less than 50 pound weight while remaining inflated. My brother is the boat driver and he spares no waves and brooks no complaints for his wild style of whipping the kids over the waves to give them the right of their lives, and the tube stood up to that. We probably used it seven or eight times so far over a one week period and a retained shape, and did not need any extra inflation. My one wish is that this, too, would come with a tow rope attached, but we had one, so it wasn’t a problem. All ages use this tube. Our adult children and grandkids have a blast on this tube. It is a great size to transport and carry on the boat. We have a 5 person tube that is too heavy, bulky, and almost impossible to put on the boat. It’s easy to inflate but you do need two different sized attachments if you use an electric pump. Also, make sure you push the inlet valve back in because you can easily hit open the valve with a hand or foot and deflate the bottom and the headrest. Seems to be very durable. My daughter saved for this tube and bought it with her own money. Her second time using it, it popped right on the seam so it can’t be fixed. I can’t find any way to contact the company. She’s devastated, over $100 down the drain. (Updated 9/6/23) The seller reached out to me, and they have agreed to make things right! The date of my review was well beyond the return window, so I think this shows that they genuinely care about they customers and are committed to providing great products and service. This tube was great for our small kids getting their first experiences of water tubing. They feel secure sitting down inside of the tube. And the padded bottoms are a huge plus! As an adult I enjoyed the ride also. It will nose dive when going really slow, so it’s best to teach the tubers to lean way back when first taking off. This inflated and deflated quickly! Only negative is the black trim of the outside cover left us with raw elbows. So either adjust how you hold onto the tube or wear long sleeves. ... show more

My family really enjoyed this tube on our family vacation! I chose this tube for my son, who is 4, to have his first tubing experience, and it was perfect. I felt more comfortable because he could sit down in this tube, and I could sit next to him. It was also very fun for the adults and older kids in the group.
