works like advertised - - i used it to affix pen holders to back of laptop after their own adhesive failed - holding really tight now - easily removed w/o leaving residue when i wanted to relocate a few of them - i have not tested the reusable feature - i like the width

This roll of double-sided tape is an excellent value at $2.99 for nearly ten feet of tape. The tape is certainly very strong. I found it easy to peel the backing off the second sticky side after cutting it to length. This isn't always the case, I've used other brands of double-sided tape where it is extremely difficult to peel off the backing so this was a nice surprise. I use double-sided tape for woodworking. I make a template, then use the double-sided tape to attach the template to another board. Then you can use a pattern bit or flush cutting bit in a router or router table to follow along the template and make a perfect replica of the template. This tape is thicker than I would like and it's not as sticky as I expected. I did find that it held better after pressing it in place with a lot of force. The extra thickness did make it easier to separate the two pieces when I was done but still, I'd prefer something about half as thick or less. There was no visible residue left on the wood after removing the tape. I will say that I'm not using for its designed purpose, so it should be no surprise that it isn't ideal for me. I'll certainly use it and, for the price, I may end up buying it again. ... show more

Doesn't work on all surfaces but stuck my metal wall prints and my crib wall mount mobile very well. I just put it up 2 days ago but so far, its holding strong.... will update if it falls.

My first experience with acrylic gel tape was with adhesive dots and small strips of tape for small projects. I decided to order this larger roll for bigger projects and am very happy I did. The tape is 30 millimeters wide (~1.2") and 3 meters long (~10'). It is well packaged and the box it comes in is strong enough to store the tape when I'm not using it. The tape is also remarkably transparent. As you can see in the picture, it is easy to read the brand name on the roll even though you are looking through at least a dozen layers of tape. I'm also impressed that the tape is washable and reusable. I cut off a 2" piece, got it dirty, and stretched it way out of shape. I then washed it with soapy water and let it dry. Amazingly, the tape returned to its original shape and original stickiness. When I ordered this double sided acrylic gel tape from D-NYX it cost $2.99 or $0.30 per foot. That is a great deal compared to similar products available on Amazon. It is even a great deal at its regular price of $4.99 or $0.50 per foot. ... show more

I have seen this type of tape advertised for years now, but always thought it was a gimmick... I was wrong. This was the first time I ever used it and now I wonder how I did without it. I have put it under my metal cell phone stand on my desk to stop it from moving, or falling over, I stuck a small external hard drive down so it won't keep getting pulled off the desk. I have affixed my shaving brush holder to my bath sink, and on and on. It is perfect for me to attach the things that keep falling over, or have no weight, or slide off the desk. It holds very well, but can be removed if you put a little force and wiggle into it. You have to want to remove it though, it doesn't just fall off. It has left no residue and was easy to remove once started. I like this and will buy more as needed. Highly recommended, so many uses. ... show more

This tape seems well made and is a unique product (a version of infomercial alien tape). It can be used for hanging various items and then later removed with no residue. The description says not for use on painted walls. At only $3 per roll, it is a great value and good to have on hand in case it is needed around the house. ... show more
