I just found out that my washlet (S550e model SW3056#01) is not auto flush compatible. I am so disappointed, dissatisfied, frustrated, and downright angry. How was I suppose to know I needed the S550e model SW3056AT40 washlet instead? Why even sell the non auto flush version?!

Bought this model from a local contractor, and I was ready to drill a hole on my toilet for the install, but found out that the hose connector is actually a fully articulating joint where you can swing its 90 degree joint all the way to the left side of the unit. My toilet is a more traditional design and I could swing the joint all the way to the back, and secured by a small zip-tie. The tubing is now totally hidden from view. So if you plan to upgrade to a Washlet+ toilet in the future, you can still get this model first, and it'll probably work with your existing toilet. Been using a Coco bidet that costed $500 back in 2010 until the water pump started failing. Attempted to replace it with a BioBidet 770 but found that the BioBidet's stream was way to weak and concentrated in one spot as a constant stream. The Toto easily outperformed both models with a decent spread and high pressure that is comfortable at the same time. I never knew there would be quality in the sprayer until I tried these different models. Of course, this unit is pricey. I do hope that the lower priced unit is still decent in performance. ... show more
