I purchased my total gym for recovery after a knee injury. The plan was to continue squats on the total gym after PT. It came without the stable foot board though. That was more than 10 years ago. Much better than smaller squat stand that comes with unit. What a difference. Why is total gym still sold with the small squat stand? $$$. Why not offer large squat stand as an option on all Total Gym units, that way you don't have one collecting dust?

I almost saved a few bucks and didn't get a TG squat stand but was really happy that i went with the right product. This xl squat stand makes such a big difference. No more worry about having to have my feet hit the stand..
