  • Easy to use
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Tulip Blackout
Easy to install and cut to size. I used these to cover two large mirror closet doors. They color is solid black and completely opaque. The design is beautiful and subtle. I sprayed down the mirror with water before applying the film, I was able to push out any air bubbles with my hands and while the mirror was wet it was it was easy to move the sheet around as needed to adjust the fit. It’s been up for a couple months now and still solidly in place, I haven't had any trouble with the edges coming away from the mirrors. ... show more

  • Best Purchase from Amazon EVER
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Tulip Blackout
This is AMAZING. We were able to do our front door with just one roll. Easy install (thought a bit tedious when cutting it with the blade), fantastic quality, and absolutely gorgeous. I’m obsessing over how this turned out. Total black out, total privacy. 🩷

  • Beautiful and easy to use
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Tulip Blackout
The media could not be loaded. This is so well made, especially for the price paid, completely blacks out everything it covers, has a nice texture and pattern that is consistently in color but still shows the pattern beautifully. Full privacy with this, no light noise. Easy to apply and remove, doesn't try to curl up and is just thick enough that it's sturdy ... show more

  • Effective but Sensitive to Temperature
Size: 35''x118'' Color: Tulip Blackout
The Total Blackout Window Film works well for blocking light and enhancing privacy. However, I noticed it doesn't adhere as effectively in extreme temperatures—too hot or too cold. For best results, ensure the application surface is within the recommended temperature range during installation.

  • So Pretty, Private greater enjoyment
Size: 23.6''x118'' Color: Tulip Frosted
Used for privacy and more light in bedroom and side of living room with window facing neighbors’ window. Also back yard-facing window. Much better. Allows you to enjoy privacy but with light coming in through windows, without curtains making it so dark. Not completely private as at certain points/in certain lighting, you can discern “fuzzy” bed shape and probably some person in bed when standing on porch looking in from 3 feet away. (I close drapes at night.). The prism rainbow colors do not fully light up for my windows because the deck roof limits the incoming light able to bring it to fullest beauty, but the rainbow effect is quite lovely in the few flowers that “light up.” It is sparkly and crystal clear and lovely. Like lace made of cut crystal. Not 100% completely private at all times. But my windows are a distance from the road and I believe it is adequate especially when the light from the outside is brightest. At night with the light on inside, it is better to have draperies or curtains in addition, if you are security conscious. The interior of this house has a lot of wood paneling which sends an incredible abstract sparkle golden glowing light through the windows at night —really kicked it up a notch. Went from boring and meh to classy “high end.” Be sure to notice that there are several widths and lengths from which to choose. So measure your windows to see what would be the ideal width And be careful to choose the kind you really want so you don’t have to piece them together. I used a box cutter to cut them to size. My blades are not that sharp. At least the ones I bought I felt were not that sharp. It would be good to have a strong metal long ruler to hold down over the film while making the cut or use a pen or a marker with washable nonpermanent ink in case there would be some still on the film after cutting. Cutting around the flowers for a pretty effect requires sharp scissors. And patience. A partial 7/8 or 3/4 section of the film on window (rather than a 100% covering of film) may make you feel less blocked off from the outside world and hand cutting the flowers at the top gives a cut crystal vase like effect. I did that for one window. ... show more

  • Great, but tough to install
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: White Blackout
As others have said, it is very difficult to get the backing film off. Looks good after the fight, but I bet there are better tints available that aren't so finiky.

  • Finally able to sleep
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Tulip Blackout
I have this huge transom window above my door in an industrial loft apartment that looks onto a hallway with florescent lights the never turn off. My quality of sleep suffered immensely until I got this film! It works perfectly and is beyond easy to install. I did have to buy two rolls for this.

  • Would not recommend
Size: 23.6''x118'' Color: Tulip Blackout
It was hard to put on my window. Once I got it on, I put my curtains back up. The black bled into my curtains. Needless to say, I had to purchase new curtains because of it. I didn't even have it on for a year and it did that. I live in Florida so you have to understand that it is hot here a majority of the time. The window however is not in the sun all day. Just not a good product in my opinion. ... show more
