I had originally created a DIY to hold a number of bikes, but it fell off the wall after a year. This product was really good and only took about :30 minutes to put up. I had 6 bikes and it was easy to manipulate it. Also, It allowed for the proper counterbalance off the walls so the bikes don't fall on each other. The secondary, shorter hooks are great for helmets, but honestly, when you have lots of bikes next to each other, they are hard to get to. ... show more

Bought but waited to install as i was deciding whether i wanted a different rack. After measuring everything twice, drilling into the studs was easy and the hooks work even for my 29” mountain bike. I’m not using the accessory hooks but love that they came with the set.

I love that we can get all our bikes on the rack together. I gave it a four star because I had to go spend extra to get sheetrock anchors. The ones that came with it simply fell out when we put the bikes on it. The hooks sag a little when the bike is heavier but that's okay. I'm pleased with it so far. ... show more

    • not a one size fits all solution
We had high hopes for this bike storage rack, envisioning a neat and space-efficient solution for our bikes. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mismatch for our specific needs and space, leading us to return the product. Initially, the installation posed its first challenge. Our concrete walls required us to purchase additional hardware, which was an unexpected hassle. Once set up, the rack didn't quite live up to our expectations in terms of space-saving. Contrary to what we had hoped, it seemed like we would end up shuffling the bikes around more than we liked. Moreover, the bikes didn't feel entirely secure on the rack. This lack of stability was a significant concern for us, given the value and importance of our bikes. While this rack might suit someone else's space and needs better, it just wasn't the right fit for us. It's a reminder that what works in theory doesn't always pan out in practice, especially when it comes to storage solutions. ... show more

Install was easy and saves a lot of floor space. Had it up for a year and nothing is wearing on it.

    • Keep your bicycles safe from damage.
Once proper anchor points are identified on wall, install is a breeze. I used SNAPTOGGLE by TOGGLER to anchor, also had to enlarge bike rack mount bracket holes to accommodate snaptoggle bolt. Four bicycles, helmets, and many assorted "lite" items are happy.

    • No-go
This product was described like it would be simple, but was not the case. I am no carpenter but handy enough to install a bike rack. Though the product is set to fit stubs every 16" it was not the case. I admit I have studs running12" - 16" and this product was drilled with multiple holes...thinking at least two sets would align to mount onto the wall. Even with Drywall Anchors installed the rack would not hold the weight of the bike and began stripping the Anchor & Screw out of the Drywall. For that I cannot use this product and now plastering my wall instead of hanging my bikes. If you do decide to purchase this item, hopefully you'll have better luck. ... show more
