    • Really nice little vacuum cleaner. Some room for improvement.
I really like this vacuum cleaner. It’s easily the most maneuverable vacuum I’ve ever used, it comes with some great attachments which really adds versatility, and it feels pretty solid for something so light weight. So far the suction power has been decent. That said I do see room for improvement. 1. The battery could hold a bigger charge so it doesn’t run out so quickly. I’m lucky to get a half hour when fully charged. 2. The collection bin is really small. I don’t understand why they didn’t just make the bin (at least) 50% bigger. I have to empty it after about 10 minutes of cleaning. 3. They should include at least one replacement filter. They provided a coupon for a replacement as a value added gift, but there’s plenty of room in the box to include 5 or 10 extras instead of making the customer jump through the hoops. ... show more

Update: the motor has officially died. It still turns on but there is no suction. Reducing to 1 star. Take your money elsewhere 👍 Pros: The vacuums suction power is amazing, but that is about the only good thing about it. It picks up on German Shepherds hairs from the floor and carpet easy. Cons: Battery does not last long. It has 3 different modes and the only mode worth using is the highest since it is the only way to pick up everything. When using it on the high mode, it will only last about 10-20 minutes. Charge time. It takes about 3-6 hours for the battery to fully charge! Made of bad quality in my opinion. I had it for a week and the tire came off as shown in the picture. My wife convinced me to keep it since we could still use it, but I should have returned it or exchanged it since I can't seem to find the tire to buy online now. ... show more

    • Well worth the money
We purchased this stick vacuum for quick pickups around the house--mostly kitchen crumbs, some sand, and outdoor leaf debris. We have had other stick vacs in the past, but this one does an exceptional job! I especially like the fact that the brush has a spinning head which really kicks any junk embedded in carpet up and the vacuum sucks it right up without any issues. It's extremely maneuverable and has a very low profile, so it slides under furniture quite well. I would like a larger canister for the debris as it fills up quickly. I ran this unit over an area that my old one had just cleaned and I was very surprised how much more stuff was picked up. The spinning brush head and the powerful suction make this a great unit. Battery life is good, but I don't run it for more that 20 minutes at a time. At this point, I would recommend it without reservation.     • I really wanted to leave a 5 star review but....
I am *very* disappointed in this vacuum. I was excited to leave a raving 5 star review when I received the vacuum but after all that has happened from then, I just can't do that anymore. The vacuum has an okay suction, a great LED light on the front and I thought the dirt canister was good as well (very easy to empty), which were qualities that I was wanting and looking for in a vacuum. But my first TOPPIN vacuum I received had issues from the get go and it is clear that it is made of very poor quality. The canister door ended up falling off (the screws) about a few weeks after receiving it. Okay fine, but the vacuum just didn't have the same suction anymore. I contacted Amazon and they were amazing to send me a replacement vacuum. That was in May 2021 and here we are July 2021 and the replacement vacuum now has an electrical short in it already. I am not hard on my stuff and I definitely didn't do anything aside from vacuuming that would cause it. That's how I know that again, it is just so cheaply made. The roller no longer rolls and the LED light doesn't work. I am so disappointed and at a loss because now I am out $130, which isn't a lot of money, but it is more so the principle that these two vacuums should have lasted much longer than *4 months*. I've never had an experience with a product like this. Usually the first can be just a fluke, but going through two products with different issues? Just a warning to potential buyers that these vacuums are made incredibly cheap and way overpriced for their poor quality. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone!
