This is not top of the line, but for the price, this gets the nod. It took longer than I wanted for it to be shipped, but the seller made it right. Also seller sent a link to a video on how to build as well as a PDF of the build instructions. A+ for the seller. It was not too difficult to put together, I was able to do it myself with little effort, and the kit even comes with the 2 wrenches needed for assembly as well as an extra net and 1 extra of each type of bolt/washer/nut combo. It came in 2 days early and I could wait to get it up. I use to be quite good in sports. But now I am ate up with arthritis. So just looking for some exercise. This unit is pretty solid. I got put together at 10 ft. It worked well. A lot better than me! I think I will drop it down tomorrow to 9 ft so my wife can use it also. It has a spring system for to dunk the ball. But unless a snake is under me I don’t see me dunking. But it is solid. If you just like to shoot, maybe teaching your kids. Or just want some fun and exercise. Make it on time before Xmas. Kids start loving to play ball so figure to buy an hoop for them to hoop in backyard. Quality seems fine and it wasn’t too bad to assemble them together. As long as it encourages them to exercise more to keep healthy, it’s a good investment.

This was very easy to put together. The height is adjustable and you can fill the base to weigh it down. For now we just put a bag of sand on top of the base. The blue color looks different from our neighbors’ hoops and my son likes its uniqueness. Kids have enjoyed playing basketball in front of the house, and they spend a little less time in the house with their electronics. A good buy! ... show more
