The wheel and the pushup bars are very sturdy. I've tried other brands and they were unsteady. I felt very comfortable using these items without fear that I was going to lose my balance. I appreciate having everything in one neat kit. The jump rope was good for my teenager who is taller than I. Unfortunately I'm not able to jump rope anymore. very compact and lightweight. Quickly unfolds powerful draft, burning with a beautiful, controlled flame. Good workmanship, all the parts you need to adjust are cleanly deburred. Only a set-up instructions would have been very nice - but thanks to another reviewer has worked well (thanks for that)

This little kit kicked my butt! I've got a... well, lets just say, a bit of a "dad bod" I don't go to the gym, but this little kit whooped me hard, I can't wait for day 2. I love the jump rope, I love the push up hand rests, and the ab roller is awesome, but I think I may be using it wrong? I'd suggest anyone buying this watches to YouTube video that explains exactly how to use this properly. I'm sweating, and this kit is great! ... show more

So first thing first to keep it affordable packaging is not beautiful but who cares about the box it’s what’s inside is what matters so that being said the wheel quality feels like a good wheel really smooth on the floor & has some weight to it, the padding is a nice touch although I don’t use it much & the jump rope is a bonus with a push-up handle which makes it a big bonus, I recommend this if you are looking for a affordable set ... show more

The push-up bars are pure plastic. As time goes on, I am certain they will crack. Hopefully, before that I would either have gotten better gears or given up doing push ups. The roller and hand gripper seem fine. The jump rope is also flimsy. The knee pad is extremely thin. This kit is good if you are not yet committed doing calisthenics and want something basic to consider taking up this form of exercise. Will I return? Probably not. Will I buy again? The ab roller is intense ! Takes a few tries and some practice to work it correctly or else you will fall on your face . It does work as supposed to so mainly it was due to operator error and no enough muscle to do it correctly yet . The little kneel pad is cute but so small it’s useless . Push up bars can hold a person up to 180pounds but didn’t feel safe last 200lbs . It was a add into small home gym .
