I used to laugh when I saw people use these until I went to a barber shop I used one on my shoulders after haircut and shave. It was incredible and prompted me to buy this particular one after some research. It is very easy to use and you can control the vibration levels very well. If there's anything I could change, it would be the depth of motion of the vibrating head, but I don't think any similar devices provide that either. I have a serious hip injury that causes me to have bursitis in my hip that is very painful. I have sciatic nerve pain as well. This massage gun easily removes the muscles knots I get within a couple minutes of using it. It has eliminated the restless nights of sleep I had from being in pain. I have used it on my shoulders and neck and again does amazing. It is powerful, but for me I rarely go beyond the 1st level. Its battery when charged lasts a very long time.
