This is a thick high quality cover compared to many others. I may fold it when not in use, whereas I would quickly scrunch up other thinner covers and stuff them in their bag. I’m using this to cover our BOB Duallie double stroller, it happens to fit it quite well. I returned a few other covers before I settled on this one. It is of course heavier than thinner ones. I have a 150lb scooter, heavy duty, 4 wheels. This is bigger than we thought, but fits very well. I like that it has the straps to snap and hold in place. If ever need a new one, definitely buying this one again.

I purchased 2 of the Tokept Power Assisted Scooter Mobility Waterproof Scooter Covers to protect scooters stored in the garage. They fit well and do the job. I haven't had them long enough to know how durable they are, but I am pleased with them so far and the price was attractive as well.
