What I like: 1. Takes less time to add air than other one I had (different brand) 2. Air hose actually screws onto tire valve for good fit. Easy to screw on/off 3.Built-in gauge lets you get exact pressure wanted. Shuts off automatically at pressure you set, but I like to keep an eye on it just in case shutoff doesnt work, so it doesn't overinflate the tire. 5.Gauge is digital, measures and can be set at 1/2 PSI intervl, e.g. 29.5 PSI, 30 PSI, 30.5 PSI and so on 6. Power cord is long enough for a normal passenger car. 7.Has a little plastic carry bag, large enough even if power cord isn't wound tightly. Drawbacks: Built-in flashlight is on whenever unit is plugged in, no way to turn off something I don't need in the daytime. The little fittings to fill beach balls, basketballs etc. come in a tiny plastic envelope, with nowhere to store them, so they're easily lost. I'll just tape them to the pump. Safety comment: Instructions tell you to leave engine on while using this. I'm notgoing toriskcar accidentally going into gear, or someone carjacking wile I'mfilling a tire, or breathing car exhaust. Assuming your battery has a normal charge it's ok to have engine off if just topping off air when weather gets colder, or filling just one flat tire. Durability: I just bought this and topped off my tires. Hope it keeps working. Bought it to replace another brand that worked fine first time, died second timeafter return period had expired. Hint: Comes in 4 colors, which may not be priced the same. One color was cheaperso I bought that one. ... show more

Update 11/2023 - I've tested this a few times and works well. I did purchase an adapter to the end of this as the factory pump screw tip allows for a lot of air to leak while you try and unscrew it once it meets the tire pressure. The adapter screws on and is a clip-like tip, where you can easily lock them on and pop them off. I would highly recommend this. I got the "Tire Air Chuck with Clip Adapter." With this addition, the pump is great. Since Teslas do not have a spare tire, I got this in case something happens to my tire. I tested it to pump my model Y tires since it showed my air pressure to vary from 40-45 psi on the tires, and it did work pretty well with some drawbacks listed below. The cable is long enough to plug into the trunk outlet and do the back tires, then I have to unplug and use the front outlet to pump the front tires. Seems that is enough, so this isn't an issue for me. The total length of the power cable is about 8ft 8in. Pros: - pumps at a decent speed - rubber feet to prevent much rattling when placed on the ground, particularly the garage floor - has a flash light in the front - simple to use (one switch to turn on, and + or - to adjust the pressure) - has a fuse to protect from a surge - simple to use. Only 3 buttons (+,-, and a button to change display units) Cons: - the tire screw tip is just that, a screw on. This means that air will escape as you try and screw in the pump to the tire, as well as when you are done pumping and are taking off the pump. You will lose some air while doing this, so you need to unscrew quickly! Not very convenient. - there is no auto off feature. If you set it to a specific PSI, it will get to that number but not turn off. You have to manually turn off the pump, then screw off the tip from the tires. - no way to turn off the flash light. I guess this is ok, but would be nice to have an option Overall, seems like a decent unit that should work for emergency situations. Will update if I actually do need to try it... But hopefully you will not hear from me. ... show more

Seems well made, has good features and includes a decent carry bag. The pressure gauge closely agrees with my other gauge, I'd say it's accurate. Inflation two of my tires from 28psi with auto-off setpoint at 32, resulted in 33psi, I'd say perfect! This compressor is quieter than others I've tested, these usually make more noise as they age.
