After my purchase, they emailed to confirm the dimensions and the blind was custom made and at my door in a couple of weeks. A few days later they contact me to ensure everything was ok. The shade was beautiful and fit like a glove! I was having some trouble setting up the hub and they quickly responded with help videos. Luckily for us we measured spot on: the seller makes it easy to know how to do this step. We picked T Dark Coffee and it appears to be similar in color to other shades we have in the house which are Hunter Douglas in a true grasscloth material. These don’t appear fake or cheap in a distasteful way at all, we’re super pleased with the appearance for this price point. We got the remote version, so far so good! So I have known of these sort of motorized blinds for a while, but, due to the cost and the shape of my window, I always ignored them. But, after exploring all of the reasonable options that did not pan out, I finally decided that I will give them a try. I came across this blind, along with many others, but their price was the lowest of all, and the accessories were also more on the reasonable side than the others. Some other brands were charging me up to 100 bucks more for the exact same thing. The material used for the blind is pretty good, and does not seem to be made out of cheap vinyl. But time will tell how long it will last, and the motor is my main concern than anything to give up on me, but so far I am pretty happy with the product. Talking about the motor, it is a bit on the louder side, but it does not bother me, since I installed this in my living room. Perhaps in the bedroom installation, the motor noise will be an issue. The quality of remote is also pretty good, and feels like it will not just fall apart under normal use. The purchase process was also very straight forward. I placed the order, they got back to me the next day confirming the measurements, in less than 10 days, it was delivered to me at my door steps. Could not ask for more. This particular brand is shipped from Hong Kong, if that matters to anyone, it didn't to me though. All in all, I think I made a pretty good purchase. The local blind shop was charging me upwards of $1200 for a similar product, I got it for 1/3rd of the price delivered to me. Took me a day to get it installed, since it was 18 feet up from the floor, and I was working by myself. The measurements I provided were 100% accurately transferred on to the blind itself. I was a bit worried that it may be off, but they got it right to the 1/10th of an inch. Very happy with the service, and the product. The media could not be loaded. These are so awesome to have! They look beautiful in my home, very well made, easy to install (about 10-15 mins) and love that I can control them via remote control. These are very sleek and modern and they come in different color and fabric options. I recommend getting samples if you are picky. I briefly show some in my review video. I went with the Texture beige option, inside mount installation, white metal valance. I highly recommend adding the solar panel option (also pictured) it’s worth the hassle of never having to charge them and I hid mine behind the blinds since I don’t open them all the way. If you like to open your blinds completely, the solar panel might not be for you since you’ll see them on the window along with the cords. Overall, the price point on these are excellent compared to private companies that charge a lot more, they look and feel very high end. You can also pair them with your Alexa or google devices to open and close them which is a plus. Another plus is that their customer service team is excellent and quick to respond! ... show more

OK, these blinds are AWESOME. We ordered a set for my husband's door in his office that lets in way too much sun. This completely blocks the light and fits perfectly to the measurements. The screws/anchors they include are NOT great, so we went out and bought our own from Lowe's. Apart from that, they're super easy to install yourself with a few tools we had lying around the house already. The instructions aren't super easy to follow as they're only pictures with no words, so you have to do a bit of translation but the price of the blinds, the motorized features, the beautiful remote, the ease of installation, and the quality are well worth the iffy installation instructions! ... show more

Purchased this for our slider doors and it’s perfect! I was a bit hesitant ordering such a large blind to cover the entire set of doors but the installation was super easy and works great! Definitely recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. So not that impressed for the price. Installation is very easy. Material seems very cheap. More like plastic paper. Not what I expected. The side with the usb port is further from the side so allows a lot of light from the side. For $340 I think a $100 blind set would have been better. I wanted to try before I bought more for my other windows. I won’t be ordering anymore. ... show more
