We bought this for our 1 yr old and it is perfect! We love being able to control it with the remote. The battery life is pretty decent as well. The instructions aren’t great for putting it together, but other than that it has been a great little car and he loves the music and the horn. The media could not be loaded. This was/is the perfect gift for our 2 year old (soon to be 3). He absolutely loves it. I reached out to the company wanting to know if this ships from USA or China and I received a very speedy reply. They messaged me the following: “Our products ship from the USA and whichever company is closest to the address you used, that is where it will ship from.” Well, I ordered this on a Friday and I received it on that Sunday, which was a total surprise. The only downfall is, the object’s photo IS listed on the box so your child(ren) will see it; as our boy did. In no way does that take away from my 5star rating. It was packaged well, it had clear instructions and it came with a little keychain. The radio is plenty loud and I got the Bluetooth connected but there was no sound coming through. I’m sure it’s user error but it doesn’t take anything away from my rating. 5/5 in my book and I would suggest to anyone looking for a winner gift. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I was really debating on whether to buy this for my son's first birthday...given the mixed reviews and $99-to-good-to-be-true price point. But I said well what the hell. Let's try it. So my son absolutely loves it. The minute he saw it the morning of his birthday he immediately wanted to climb into it. So I was happy he seemed to REALLY like it (I was afraid he'd be afraid of it tbh) Anywho! These are my personal pros and cons. Pros: -the price -the head lights and tail lights light up -has a seat belt -great size for a 1 year old -Dashboard speedometers light up -Easy to assemble -Compact design so it doesn't take a ton of space. Can probably hang the car on a wall with the handle underneath. -Does go over objects and climbs sloped concrete ramps with little struggle -Overall cute VERY detailed design of a mini toy vehicle Mercedes Cons: -the seat belt does not sit on my son's shoulders so I had to tie the straps together along his back so the Seatbelt was more secure -music/songs chosen to play on the car radio.... All suck.(Wheels on the bus, Christmas Song, Few of my Favorite Things, Happy Birthday) -Doesnt go very fast, but that's okay since our son is so young -Battery lasts about an hour before completely kinda slowing down -the radio would be better with Bluetooth capability to a parents phone, not a USB port -the vehicle shouldn't have the power button on the dash so the child doesnt poke it so that the car doesn't turn off mid ride -Doesn't go very fast or up steep hills -The controller feels a little cheap, would prefer a joystick instead of buttons Overall I highly suggest this for any first time parent's first child's birthday gift. It's super affordable (compared to the ones at Wal Mart). My son absolutely loves it. My husband was shocked that I paid $99 for it, and was indeed impressed by the cute details of this little car. It is a quick and easy assembly. The produce runs nicely. I love all the safety features on the car from the 5 point harness to how the door opens and close. When opening and closing you have to slide the switch over and then push close. I love the added security especially since my child decided to stand and lean against the door. I love the light feature on the car and the underneath pulley to move the car around when it dies. The only con is the battery life isn't the best. I got exactly 25 minutes before the battery died. I reached out to the seller and the seller reported you will only get about 25-45 minutes of use on a full charge depending on whether or not you are using it on a flat surface, weight on car, etc. My son weights 22 pounds and we used the car on wood floor in the house and got exactly 25 minutes before I had to charge it again completely. I would have liked to get a little more run time hence the 4 stars. Overall, the produce is great and the seller was helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I would recommend this purchase and will most likely buy another one but this time for my niece. ... show more
