I really like this toaster! I bought this when my old toaster oven pitched a fit, had an electrical problem and started smoking. Decided I didn't need a toaster oven but just a simple toaster. This one is very good! I haven't had it long but so far it makes perfect toast. And the crumb tray is simple to remove, clean and re-insert. Just make sure that you do that "burn off the oil" part before first use, following the instructions that come with it. Basically that's just making toast with no toast. I did that step 3 times to be sure. But after that it never needs to be done again. ... show more

This is a toaster with no name. It works fine, but I hope it lasts. It seems that most of the reviews I read under this listing, are actually for a different toaster, by looking at the pictures. I don't know what is up with that. The last toaster we had was a Black & Decker. It lasted for many years. We were going to buy another B&D but then saw this one and thought we would try it.
