I know zip about vehicle maintenance. I bought this because for some reason I seem to end up with more slow leaks than other people deal with(?). Anyway, I had opportunity to use it a week after it arrived, and to be honest I didn't even read the instructions first, because it was so obvious. Started with a completely flat tire this time, plugged it into the lighter socket in my car, and attached it to the tire thingy. Within 20 (loud) minutes I had a full tire, although within 10 minutes I would have felt confident in driving it to a tire store had I wanted to. (I have since read the instructions, by the way. Super easy to use…very intuitive without having to read the manual. You can set it at the PSI you need, press the button and it inflates until it hits the mark and then cuts off.
