I have wanted to get an auto inflator for my car for a while. I saw this one and got it. The unit is very well designed to be as portable as possible. The power cord retracts into the main body and the hose stashes in a channel that circles the device. There is a small cubby on the back that contains multiple tip for other applications. To these I added a tire valve removal tool and additional tire valves. I also grabbed a bottle of Slime to install in the tire before I re-inflate it. Using and programming the unit are easy and intuitive. I took the unit out of the bag and proceeded to set it up. I released about 20% of the air. Not enough to damage the side wall. I hooked up the hose and started the unit. As others have said, this is loud. I don't have a problem with that because in my experience, the more powerful the pump, the louder it is. And after all, given the situation I will be in to need to use it, hey, I am not concerned with how loud it is. Cheers 🍷 ... show more

This thing is pretty large. I was hoping to carry it in a saddlebag but it's too large for that. Fits better in the back of a car. The power cord has enough slack I could get to all 4 tires of my SUV with no problem. Had a chance to use it this morning and brought all 4 of my tires up to the correct pressure with no problems. Overall it's a good tool to keep in a car or truck for emergencies. Which it was a bit more compact though. ... show more

This product has a great quality and the standard speed for filling up your tires. The performance has been quite well and it does seem pretty stable when it’s laying flat. I think it’s a great value for the money and the size doesn’t make it convenient for fitting in a lot of spots in your car. I did notice that the unit did not overheat, and was not as loud as other units I have used in the past. Some of the convenient features and extra tips provided make this a very nice product for almost anyone. ... show more

So often, tire air compressors are a tangled mess with their power cord getting caught up in the air hose, especially if you keep it in your trunk or back of your SUV. Finally, someone made one that keeps things clean and organized. The air hose wraps around the edge of the unit and snaps into place. The cord reels in like a canister vacuum so there is no tangle and no mess. Just press a button and the cord retracts back into the unit. Comes with a built in light for use at night. Works great on bike, motorcycle, car and SUV tires. Simply connect it to your tire, set your desired pressure and press the power button. The compressor will run until it reaches the desired pressure then stop. It even has a little hidden compartment on the bottom to hold tools to inflate balls, rafts, etc. A great little unit with a 2-year warranty too. ... show more

This does the job. It is a fairly small unit, and I much prefer it to an older plug in pump I had. I did notice that if the tire valve is at the top of the tire, you need to prop the pump up in a non-aesthetic way for the cord to reach the valve. But this doesn't seem to affect the performance or anything, and I don't feel like this will break it or anything. This is because the unit is an oval - it won't stand upright. But it does look kind of cooler as an oval than it would as a square box, I guess. I like the digital gauge that is integrated with it, and it seems accurate (based on checking the tires on two of my cars). You can set a setpoint for the inflation level and walk away. It stops automatically. It ships with a bunch of adaptors and there is a compartment to store the adaptors in. You could definitely use this for bicycles, balls, etc. Since it doesn't have a battery, it is a pretty lightweight machine. The 12V cord is only 13 feet - you should expect that you will need to run the cord out both sides of the car in order to pump all 4 tires. ... show more

The auto retract of the power cable is convenient though skeptical as to how long this will work as it got caught up a couple of times when retracting too fast. The media could not be loaded. This tire inflator/ air compressor worked great! You set it to whatever air pressure you need and it will inflate the tire to that and will then stop automatically. The inflation speed was great for a portable 12V inflator. I did encounter a strange issue though and it would save you some time and frustration to know about it. After inflating the two tires on one side, I moved the device to the other side and connected it to the third tire. Unfortunately the inflator was off. I pressed the red power button but nothing happened. I went back to the car and unplugged and plugged back power, but again nothing happened. I spent the next few minutes trying to make the device work again, but it didn’t come back to life. I suspected that it fried my car’s power outlet, so I moved it to another car. This time it turned on. However, the same thing happened again and the device turned off! After some more playing around with it, I discovered the problem. This inflator will turn itself off after 60 seconds of no usage. To turn it back on, use the “M” button - not the red power button!! This is weird design and not intuitive as most people would press the power button to turn a device on! In this case, the power button is more of a “Play” button that runs the compressor, but only if it is already turned on! Once you understand the above, you will be able to use the inflator without any issues. BTW, a bunch of adapters are included so you can inflate your bicycle tires, your basketball, your kid’s swimming float, etc. Unfortunately you will need to run to your car to connect the inflator to its 12V outlet. It would have been great if an adapter was included to run the inflator on a regular power outlet. ... show more
